She appeared on the Red Carpet wearing the Rosa Pusher Signature "absolutely stunning" Gold pleated one shoulder dress on April 7th 2011 at "The New York Wild Film Festival Opening.

Karen had been spotted again wearing this gorgeous black hand beaded cocktail dress from the Rosa Pusher A/W 2011 Collection at "The 5th Annual Spring For Cure Event on April 11th, 2011.
